If you would like a session with your particular group, please reach out to info@j-leigh.com.au for more info, including availability and pricing.

An accessible yoga series for athletes, in collaboration with Blind Sports Australia

We’ve been working hard with the support of Blind Sports Australia to provide a series of yoga and relaxation videos for athletes with blindness or vision impairment.

We know how impactful the benefits of yoga can be for high performance athletes in terms of stress mitigation, recovery, and focus, and after beginning her work as Team Program Manager of the Australian Men’s Goalball Team (the ‘Aussie Storm’), Jess and Blind Sports Australia have teamed up to help get yoga to more of these athletes, who may not feel general classes are accessible enough for their needs.
