Impacting positive change

What J-Leigh is all about…

We are a values-led business that’s passionate about creating spaces to decrease the amount of stress that we as a society collectively and individually experience. We do this through our range of services that create a holistic and well-rounded approach to wellbeing rather than treating each element as a separate piece. These pieces fit together, so we’ve designed and created them in a way that is founded in service and enables growth.

As a business, we value communication • ethical leadership • accountability • kindness • equality • learning & relearning (no matter your title) • creating mental & emotional space for ourselves and each other • empowerment • practicing emotional intelligence • being willing to try, even if you screw up (and allowing people to screw up in their process of growth).

Want to talk about a right fit of programs for your workplace, team, or just your courageous self?

We’re ready to communicate!

Jess Jasch
J-Leigh Founder & Lead Creator

Jess is the values-led woman behind the values-led business. Having spent most of her adult life actively in various forms of self-development, particularly when it comes to the stresses of a corporate work life, Jess eventually decided to put her quals in Communication & Public Relations, and yoga and mindfulness to even better use and, thus, what has become J-Leigh was born.

With experience in corporate and leadership communication, marketing & PR, team program management in high performance sports at the national level for para-athletes, a balanced, insightful and deeply caring approach to the what and ‘why’ for yoga to ensure it’s a safe space physically and soulfully, and a double degree in literally communicating and relating to others, Jess is a woman on a mission to help others in these areas that can feel big and overwhelming, particularly when under stress.

Caring so much about the mental and emotional space others are in, Jess has also completed additional training for trauma-informed yoga and certificate-level 3 in Counselling for PTSD in order to do due diligence in the space she holds for and words she uses with others.

Jess is an organised creative at heart – she thrives when there’s a new passion project to dive into and figure out in order to bring it in its best, most useful form to the world, but unlike the stereotypical creative, she’ll make sure you feel like everything is taken care of and you have all the up-to-date information you need at every step of the way (and usually ahead of time!) It’s that anticipation and checking in of needs Jess does that has resonated with so many of her clients, students, and athletes and has resulted in such a positive effect in their experiences in working with her!
