Meet Jess Jasch – Founder & Lead Wellbeing Consultant

Jess is the heart and soul behind J-Leigh. With a strong foundation in corporate and leadership communication, a double degree in Communication & Public Relations, and extensive training in yoga and mindfulness, Jess has combined her professional skills with her commitment to personal and professional growth to build J-Leigh’s wellbeing consulting services. Jess brings deep insight, compassion, and practicality to her work, understanding firsthand the demands of high-pressure environments and the need for accessible wellbeing solutions.

Currently completing her Master of Applied Positive Psychology, Jess uses the latest research in positive psychology and wellbeing to create strategies that promote resilience, emotional intelligence, and mental clarity. Her approach is grounded in the science of human flourishing, and she’s dedicated to making wellbeing a practical, supportive part of the workplace.

Jess’s Journey

Jess’s journey is one of continual learning and service. She has worked with corporate teams, high-performance sports programs, and leadership groups, designing programs that address wellbeing from the inside out. Her background includes:

  • Leadership Communication & Corporate PR: Jess has a deep understanding of corporate communication and the importance of building transparent, effective workplace cultures.
  • High-Performance Program Management: With experience managing national programs for para-athletes, Jess knows the importance of structure, accountability, and motivation in high-stakes environments.
  • Trauma-Informed & Mindful Wellbeing Practices: Jess has completed specialised training in trauma-informed yoga and holds a Certificate in Counselling for PTSD, ensuring her approach is sensitive, compassionate, and supportive.

Jess is not only a wellbeing consultant but also an organised creative (also known as autistic/ADHD). She brings innovative ideas to life with purpose and structure, making sure that each project is tailored to clients’ unique needs. Her attention to detail and proactive approach ensures that clients feel informed, supported, and well-prepared every step of the way.
